CRIMINALIZATION OF CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the analysis of the independence of a legal entity as a subject of law. Having such rights as acting on its own behalf, purchasing property, acting as a claimant or as a defendant in court, a legal entity cannot avoid responsibility of those behind the corporate veil in case of breach of law. Here the company gets civil or administrative liability. Can the corporation be found criminal? The author gives thorough research of this matter.
