Abstract
This article is devoted to the strengths, weaknesses and prospects of the bill "On the provision of free land," the youth. In modern Russia, are increasingly faced with the phenomenon of a young family. A young family is currently one of the neediest populations. Therefore, the state should through a variety of federal, regional and municipal programs strongly support and encourage young people to create a family. Young family has been support and remains a priority for all levels of government.
