Abstract
The author analyzes the content of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights for "Anchugov and Gladkov against the Russian Federation" and "Khoroshenko against the Russian Federation" The paper concludes that the need to exclude rules on the number of family visits from a number of punitive elements of a sentence of imprisonment. All categories of convicts in the law must be ensured that the number of visits, which allows you to maintain regular contact with family members.
