Abstract
Nowadays the system of public services of Russian Federation changes because of the Information and Communication Technologies’ adaptation in it. The eGovernment is developing and creates all these things because they want to improve the relationship between the Government and the society.
This article contemplates the work of the multiservice centers that were created in the system of public services to make the process of getting the services by civilians much easier. Also the article considers possible development of these centers in the near future.
