Abstract
Four Tobolsk region in XIX century took personages of the ruling Romanov dynasty and the visit of Alexei Alexandrovich was the third in this series. 4th son of Emperor Alexander II, from which starts the tradition of going to the province of Royal guests, the first of the ruling dynasty passed through the territory of Siberia, completing their "round the world" trip 1871-1873.
