Abstract
The relevance of the topic is reviewing international and including political cooperation on the BRICs example context the main trends of the modern world in the presence of the development process of all these relations is a kind of phenomenon on the example of world politics on the example of the partner countries. But when reviewing the present opinion which is that on the review period on this topic there is a sufficient number of significant matters including practical problems on that at the moment it is rather difficult to find unambiguous answers.
