Abstract
In the article the problems procedural procedure of institution of criminal proceedings. Based on a comparative analysis of the production procedures at the initial stage of the criminal process, the author proposes a number of measures on improvement of the Russian legislation: to expand the Institute private prosecution, and also to authorize the execution of all necessary investigative actions at the stage of initiation of criminal proceedings.
