Abstract
This article is devoted to a comparison of the financial market regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union. The author explores the concept of the financial market, the objectives, principles and features of its regulation in these jurisdictions. The research outlines the similarities and differences of the legal categories mentioned above.
