Abstract
The explanation for the concept and the problematic of the social state and protection of the citizens’ rights of are given in the article. The main regulations of the labor law are noted. The position of the women and persons with family obligations in the labor market are defined with special attention. The matters of argument according to a labor law in court practice are considered.
