Abstract
In this article we analyzed some mistakes that automatic control systems give us for today in law practice. Thus, we concluded that wide use of computer technology requires a new definition of (ACSi) legal status in substantive law and procedural law. We also analyzed criminogenic factors of the use of automated control systems.
