Abstract
This article discusses an integrated approach to the problem of Russia's migration policy as a migration legislation, migration flows and migration policy. This has allowed the author to develop concrete proposals and recommendations aimed at the improvement of Russian legislation and the mechanism for its application in the sphere of migration policy.
