THE USE OF HEURISTIC CONVERSATION IN THE TEACHING OF SUBJECTS JURISPRUDENTIAL

Abstract
The necessity of the use of technology of heuristic discussions in the teaching of judicial disciplines in the university is substantiated in the article. Give a classification of heuristic questions, speech models and examples, describes methodics of heuristic conversation.
