Abstract
The article considers the strategy and tactics of mobilization of human recourses to Russian army during the epoch of Napoleonic wars. The author observes military and demographic potential ofRussia,France,Austria, German states andEngland. The quantity of Russian army increased by recruiting in accordance with necessity and reached its peak in 1812-1814 years. Competent military and demographic policy letRussiawin the war with minimal losses by that time.
