Abstract
The author conducts the interdisciplinary contextual analysis of the constitutional norms and actual legislation in the implementation of local government in Russian Federation in order to determine of the directions of the decision on the status of discourse and interaction of institutions of local government and public authorities in the framework of the principles of direct municipal democracy.
