Abstract
The article is devoted to an actual problem for today the state financial control in the implementation of the federal target program. Particular attention is drawn to the advantages of the program-oriented approach to resolve the problems faced by departments and ministries that are underutilized. The author points to the need for improvement of the state financial control.
