Abstract
The author considers the crime as a socially dangerous phenomenon, in which the perpetrators are considered "enemies of society", and it is necessary to apply measures of state coercion. And here is the key question of the extent and degree of repressive measures. Showing skewed criminal policy of Russia in the direction of tightening sanctions, which could lead to extremely negative consequences for society. The ways of solving this problem.
