Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the social security system. Questions of state social policy in relation to people with disabilities in recent years become more and more urgent for our country, because right now the process of implementation of the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, adopted by our country in 2012. The article deals with the social security system and the way the Russian Federation is implemented comfortable for the existence of environment for people with disabilities.
