Abstract
The present article is concerned with the legal rules managing donations restrictions and prohibitions in the civil and municipal service. The authors carry out research of the current status of legislation concerning this issue, as a rusult of which conclusions about the existence of certain gaps are drawn, and the necessity of solving the problems identified is indicated.
